Return Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, undamaged, and with all included accessories.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or the result of an order fulfillment error.
